Student Support Services and mobile sensory room set up As a rspod, RUOE offers bespoke educational packages tailored to each young persons needs, we have a unique mobile sensory room set up, one to one support in school, alternative provisions and through 1 to 1 tuition GCSE catch up and a range of outdoor education packages. Our SENCO also provides a EHCP support service for parents and education providers. Outdoor education The service aims to support students on reduced timetables and other various needs with outdoor learning once a week. This service can also be used as wrap arounf care for parents. This service aims to encourage, empower, relieve stress on schools and young people whilst providing a positive learning experience in small groups and a safe space to socialise. This service aims to benefit the community by providing a positive, fun and therapeutic learning experience for young people. Changed Hearts The changed hearts programme is a faith-based purpose driven programme that works with all young people, but mainly those who are from BAME and minority groups at risk of gang involvement and knife crime. Our experienced councillors and mentors will develop strong therapeutic relationships with young people to locate the route of the problems that have led to negative choices, we then use a range of techniques to encourage positive behaviour change and consequential thinking. We aim to work with a holistic approach complementing other agencies that may be involved with young people at a tier 2 and 3 level.
