At Genesis Sun we support young black people to aspire to achieve their goals and create a desire for knowledge and success.

Our key goals are to:

* Connect inspirational talented role models with young black people who are their mirror image and create a niche community of connected people, positively striving for change
* Proactively tackle the under representation of black people in senior leadership positions and underrepresented industries
* Deliver a change strategy to achieve successful outcomes and social mobility by establishing a positive, uplifting and vibrant community network

Goals will be achieved by using our pioneering and innovative monthly motivational programme events which will improve the motivation of young black people and inspire them to improve their academic outcomes, dream big, set goals and strive to achieve them.
