Hi my name is Claire im 44 years old therefore come with a lot of wisdom to support TCL young kings and queens and those you get in the network I am a mother to 3 children I am also a grandmother.

I'm a home Baker and I use baking to help maintain a healthy mind. Taking care of my mental health is something I take as important as physical health.

I practice mindfulness and wellbeing and I believe one of the biggest sickness within our community is lonleyness,

With the help of The Creative Link Team I plan to start an email pen pal group that will be open to all ages where anyone can send a email with the right safeguarding procedure to protect those that are vulnerable.

Let's Create a village! Support is key!

I will also be starting an information group for women in menopause and those that are about to be as it is a very scary time.
