At Raw Vegan Delites, our focus is healing and regeneration using raw, organic, gluten free, no added sugar, egg free, dairy free and no added fat foods, specifically fruits, vegetables and nuts; and….
We provide the following services:

1 Lectures regarding the Raw Vegan Lifestyle – this is very broad subject and tends to be dealt with in a series of 6 sessions or more – initially, an introductory general session with the remainder of the sessions being tailored to fit the needs of the group concerned.

2 ‘No cooking’ and food preparation lessons- where the group are shown how to make raw dishes from scratch and taught the techniques applied therein –
Or in your own kitchen – where you can invite friends and/or the rest of your
family.

3 Private consultations for healing and regeneration – on a one to one basis – provision of information and guidance regarding the transition to raw veganism for the purpose of healing and regeneration –

4 Raw Vegan (In your home and at various locations) Pop up Restaurants – experience raw vegan food at home – Simply pick a date (many people use us for birthday and dinner parties as well as buffets), invite your guests, select from our menu, and sit back and let us serve a four course, raw organic meal. Once service is completde we wash up and clean our working space leaving no mess for you to deal with - the cost of your meals is dependent upon the choices you make from our selection menu.

5 Markets, we sell chocolates, cakes, cheesecakes etc at various markets and vegan events around the country. We also provide Take away meals, juices, breakfast jars and puddings via our delivery service.

6 Raw organic Fruit Veg and raw foods Delivery Service – we provide high quality organic fruits and vegetables together with raw meals, breakfast jars, juices, chocolates cheesecakes etc which we deliver directly to your front door.
