S.W.A.G. (Supporting Women and Girls: Affected by Gang Culture) is a mentoring and advocacy programme. The women and girls’ voices and experiences are often invisible and there is a lack of support available especially from the VRU who tend to focus their attention and resources to do prevention, intervention and crisis support for boys and men.

Through S.W.A.G. we will be offering mentorships, advocacy and a lifestyle programme to assist those we support to live a purposeful, fulfilling life. Additionally, we provide supported/independent living placements to those who need it.

Our practitioners have years of experience and specialise in areas such as gangs and youth violence, family intervention, prison, sexual health, mental health, child sexual and/or criminal exploitation, criminal justice and education.
